Children's Teacher and Assistants
The children's classes are split into three groups based on age.  InTheGarden is for newborns through 2 year olds, UnderTheSea is for children ages 3 to 5, and IgniteKids is for kids that are in 1st through 5th grade.
Goal: Provide a fun, loving environment where kids feel welcome, accepted, and loved as they learn about God and what it means to become a fully devoted follower of Christ.
Time Commitment: One Sunday Service as scheduled.  We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early and plan on staying until each child's parents have checked them out of your classroom.
IgniteKids Volunteers impact children's lives by:
Presenting the provided, age appropriate curriculum to the kids
Sharing the love of Christ
Playing games
Praying with the kids
Clean/Pick up the room after use. 

SWITCH Volunteers
SWITCH is the place for students from grades 6-12.  SWITCH meets every Tuesday night from 7 to 9.
Goal: Get involved in students lives.
Time Commitment: Every Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8:30. 
SWITCH Volunteers get to impact students lives by:
Being a consistent role model in their lives.
Spending time with them and helping them realize who they are in Christ.
Praying with and encouraging them.
Help limit distractions that may get in the way
Set up before the service
Clean up after the service.

Check in Desk
Goal:  Help parents check their children into the classrooms.
Time Commitment:  One Sunday service.  Arrive 30 minutes before the service and remain at desk until 15 minutes after the service has begun.
Check In Volunteers help things run smoothly by:
Greeting guests as they walk by.
Printing off name tags for the parents and children.
Explaining how the system works to new visitors and direct them where to go.
Welcoming visitors and answer any questions they may have.

Coffee/Doughnuts
Goal:  Welcome guests by providing drinks and snacks.
Time Commitment:  One Sunday service.  Arrive 30 minutes before the service and remain at the desk until 15 minutes after the service has begun.
Coffee/Doughnut Volunteers provide a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere by:
Making the coffee and tea.
Setting out supplies (cups, lids, sweetener, straws, etc.).
Setting out the doughnuts/cookies.
Keeping the area clean.
Assisting people/children when they need help.
Cleaning the area when the service is over.

Parking Lot Crew
Goal: 
Welcome and assist the guests when they arrive.
Time Commitment:  Sundays only.  1st Services: 9:30-10:15.  2nd Service: 11-11:45
Parking Lot Crew Volunteers get to make an impact on the guests before they enter the building by:
Directing drivers to open parking spaces.
Greeting people as they come in.
If it's raining, walking them to the door under an umbrella.
Walking people to the door if it's icy or if it looks like they need help.

Door Person
Goal: 
Let others know how excited we are that they are here.
Time Commitment:  Sundays as scheduled.  1st Services: 9:30-10:15.  2nd Service: 11-11:45
Door Volunteers welcome guests by:
Opening the door for each person.
Smiling and greeting everyone as they come in.
Handing out the TalkNotes.

Clean Up Crew
Goal:  Take care of the things we have and keep them clean.
Time Commitment:  Sundays after the 2nd service, 12:30-12:45
Clean Up Crew V olunteers work behind the scene to keep things clean by:
Wiping down the chairs in the experience room.
Picking up any trash that was left in the experience room.
Emptying the trash cans as needed.
Wiping down the tables/chairs in the lobby.

Set Up Crew
Goal:  Prepare the area for the service.
Time Commitment:  Sunday before the 1st service, 9:15-9:45
Set Up Crew Volunteers work behind the scene to prepare the room by:
Setting up the chairs in the experience room.
Making sure the bathrooms are stocked (paper towels and toilet paper).
Filling the buckets (mints, pens, TalkNotes).
Setting up the communion table.

Weekly Cleaning
Goal:  Keep the church clean.
Time Commitment:  An hour to an hour and a half once a week as scheduled.
Weekly Cleaning Volunteers work behind the scene to take care of the building by:
Vacuumming all the carpets.
Cleaning the sinks, mirrors, and toilets in both bathrooms.
Cleaning tables and countertops in the lobby.
Mopping the floor in the lobby and bathrooms.

Cookie Makers
Goal:  Make delicious cookies to give to new visitors.
Time Commitment:  Approx.  1 1/2 hours once a week as scheduled/needed.
Cookie Maker Volunteers reach out to guests by:
Baking a dozen cookies for each visiting family.  Max = 3 dozen.  If there are more, we will ask more people to help bake.
Bringing the cookies to church by Thursday morning.
Packaging the cookies in the provided bags.  (One bag per family, 12 cookies per bag.)

Cooks
Goal:  Share the love of Christ by providing a meal.
Time Commitment:  Varies/As needed.
Volunteer Cooks impact others lives by:
Baking a meal or a dish to be delivered to someone going through a rough time.
Delivering the dish or bringing it to the church to have someone deliver it.
Labeling the dish with the name/recipe and reheating instructions.

What's Next
Goal:  Make a connection with those who made decisions for Christ.
Time Commitment:  Sundays after the service and a small amount of time throughout the week.
What's Next Volunteers make a connection with those having made decisions by:
Handing out the what's next kit on Sunday's to those who have just made a decision for Christ.
Talking with that person about the decision they just made.
Connecting that person with an IgniteGroup leader and helping them get plugged in.
Committing to pray for that person and follow up with a call sometime during the following week.

Mentorship Program
One-on-one with youth or adults, or married couples with newlyweds or other married couples.
Goal:  Provide support and encouragement to others as they grow in their walk with God.
Time Commitment:  Minimum of 3 hours a month.
Mentorship Volunteers allow God to work through them to impact the lives of others on a more personal basis by:
Committing to spend at least two hours a month mentoring somein in person.
Making contact with that person at least once a week (call, text, email, etc.)
Encouraging, praying and challenging the person to become all that God has designed them to be.
Be honest and open.
Being a consistent example.

IgniteGroup Host
IgniteGroups are small groups that meet together on a weekly basis.
Goal:  Provide a place for a group of people to meet and grow towards God and eachother.
Time Commitment:  2 hours per week.
IgniteGroup Hosts contribute to IgniteGroups by:
Opening your home once a week for a small group to meet.
Limiting distractions that might get in the way.
Making your guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Offering assistance to the group leader.
Possibly send out a weekly reminder to those attending.

IgniteGroup Leaders
Goal:  Lead a small group of people towards a better relationship with God and with eachother.
Time Commitment:  3 hours per week.
IgniteGroup Leaders contribute to IgniteGroups by:
Preparing material for the group (IgniteGroup questions or other materials).
Leading discussions and help the group stay focused.
Challenging and encouraging others in the group.
Communicating with the host and let him/her know if there is anything they need to provide for the group.
